Coordination ladder (speed track) 5.5 m

Coordination ladder, or as it is also called speed ladder or agility ladder, is an excellent equipment for training speed, endurance, accuracy of steps, flexibility and reflexes. It is actively used in game and running sports, team games and in general in any type of physical exertion, regardless of whether they are performed professionally, recreationally (as entertainment) or in a rehabilitation form.

The ladder has a total length of 5.5 m, the number of steps is 12. The size of each step is 50 x 3 cm, the distance between them is adjustable according to the needs of the athlete. Strong and wear-resistant materials are used in the construction: slings are made of polyester, and steps are made of flexible PVC material.
