Every child is talented, but we have to create the conditions for their proper development, notice what interests and strengths they have, what they do well. It happens that the child does not realize this. Some children need more time to reveal their talents, and educators should meet them, give them the opportunity to get to know themselves and the world around them as much as possible. Every child has a talent that educators should notice and support in its development. This is extremely important, as educational institutions have a very large influence on the development of a gifted child, and appropriate teaching aids support students.
