The Bresser Junior Biolux 40x-2000x is a biological microscope with top and bottom LED illumination. It features 10x and 25x wide-angle eyepieces as well as achromatic objectives, ready-made microscope slides and research tools. The microscope is easy to use, ideal for school and college biology work, as well as basic laboratory research.

It is equipped with a monocular objective that can be rotated 360° for easy group observations. The wide-angle eyepieces and objective lenses provide a magnification of 40 to 1000x, and with the Barlow 1×-2× lens, a maximum magnification of 2000x can be obtained.

The LED backlight with infinitely variable brightness allows you to study different types of objects. It is powered by 3 AA batteries, which makes it independent of the mains. Objects are placed on a movable slide and fixed with spring-loaded clamps, and two-way coarse focus screws allow you to adjust the sharpness of the image.
