After filling out and registering the application, wait for a phone call from an employee of the complaint handling department (click here).

 

To file a complaint, prepare:

  • data of the payer (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address)
  • data about the product (product code, description of the declared defect and the buyer's request)
  • the purchase confirmation number and the date the shipment was received and the date the defect occurred
  • photos of the damage
  • damage report written by the courier (in case of delivery damage)
